Lisa Lewis is the founder of LLI Consulting and a recognized leader in Customer Success transformation. With over 20 years leading global teams across SaaS, logistics, and enterprise software, she's built her career turning operational complexity into scalable, measurable growth.

Before launching LLI, Lisa served as Vice President of Customer Success at Blume Global and held senior leadership roles at Infor, Infor Nexus, GT Nexus, and TradeCard. Her work has consistently delivered: reducing churn, accelerating time-to-value, and aligning technology, teams, and strategy to drive retention and revenue.

Lisa is known for combining strategic vision with hands-on execution—and for leading with authenticity and care. She founded LLI to help growth-stage companies scale with intention, building Customer Success functions that serve both the business and the people behind it.
